I honestly cannot thank this salon enough. They squeezed me in last minute when they absolutely didn’t have to and it turned into one of the most emotional and meaningful experiences for me. This was my first haircut and salon visit since having to shave my head for chemo and I cried (happy, overwhelmed tears). Suzanne was so kind, gentle and understanding and made me feel completely safe and cared for during such a big moment for me. They also squeezed me in for makeup for my friend’s wedding and Jess was absolutely beautiful, so warm, calm and lovely. She made me feel confident and like myself again for the first time in a long time. The compassion, care and genuine kindness shown by both Suzanne and Jess is something I’ll never forget. Truly incredible humans, not just a salon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my hair and make up looked amazing! 💗

Wow! This salon is everything! ❤️ Yesterday l walked in with the most warm and friendly staff and they fit me in for a toner that l desperately need on the day ! They were so busy and l would never get this service back home in Melbourne where l reside. My hair turned out exactly how l wanted and the salon itself is stunning and such a relaxing vibe! This is a must salon and l only wish they were in Melbourne ! I will definitely go back when l am in Ocean Grove ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The girls at Utopia are sensational. They are extremely professional and are fantastic hairdressers. I have a cut and color and ever time I visit they make me feel valued and important. They listen to how I want my hair cut and colored and the will suggest alternatives or designs if needed. Thank you girls for making my visits so relaxing. I come out feeling a million dollars. Jan
